Error: you do not have administrator privileges (on an admin account)
Solution:
1. Use a good malware remover like Malwarebytes its a very light and effective malware remover to remove the malware causing the problem.
2. After that you will have to run this command "gpupdate" (without the quotes).
Follow these steps:
a) Goto run prompt (shortcut "windowskey+r").
b) Type cmd (opens the command prompt).
c) Type gpupdate or gpupdate /force .
d) The gpupdate /force command refreshes entire system policies again but the gpupdate only refreshes the policies that have changed.
e) This will refresh both local machine and local user policy.
3. Earlier the same was accomplished by use of secedit command you had to type the following commands in place of gpupdate :
a) secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy /enforce
b) secedit /refreshpolicy user_policy /enforce
Now this command is replaced with gpupdate so run that instead.
