There are a lot of ways you can try to speed bootup like changing prefetch options,using registry optimizer etc but this simple technique might be very efficient , the technique is to enable the Defragment Option on boot because once all the files are stacked together it reduces delay in booting. If It is already enabled then move on and don't waste your time :-)
Follow these steps or download the registry key oralternate download link(The easy way):
- Open windows run prompt (winkey+r).
- Type regedit and then open search box(ctrl+f), Enter the text "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Dfrg\BootOptimizeFunction".
- Then edit the enable string value to Y.
- Exit the registry editor and reboot.
